Recently Renovated
The Residences at The Little Nell were renovated for ski season 2023-2024 by Rottet Studio of Houston, Los Angeles, and New York. The redesign spanned all 26 two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, each luxuriously appointed and fully furnished, along with the corridors for each residence floor, enhanced with new wallcoverings and carpeting. Common area updates include a custom runner on the stairway that leads from the entrance to the second floor where the reception area and owners’ lounge were reimagined with new cabinetry, furniture, artwork, and windows to provide more natural light.
