International Applicants

The Little Nell is proud to offer J-1 Visa Programs for students and interns to gain valuable experience working at Aspen’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond Hotel. In order to be considered for employment, you must attend a hiring event in your home country or at your school. Internship Program - 6 to 12 months
Join The Little Nell team to gain practical work experience and training related to your hospitality education. To qualify, students must be foreign nationals who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic institution outside of the United States or have graduated from a post-secondary academic institution no more than 12 months prior to the start of the exchange program.

Work and Travel Program - 4 months
If you are currently pursuing a post-secondary degree outside of the United States you may qualify to join the team during your summer vacation from university to work and live in Aspen, Colorado. The Little Nell recruits Work and Travel participants for both the winter and summer seasons based on the dates of your summer vacation from university.
Students must plan to return to university after the program.
