Reilly Bawcom joined The Little Nell's events team in 2022, following in her twin sister Renee’s footsteps who had joined the hotel’s front desk team two seasons prior to her arrival. Reilly’s swift progression from the Sales & Events Administrative Coordinator to Internal Events Administrative Coordinator to Events Manager is a testament to her exceptional strengths and abilities in managing the numerous moving pieces involved in running successful events. Reilly's background in public relations and her experience working in the events office at her university provided her with the necessary skills for event management combined with her sharp eye for detail. During her time at The Little Nell, she has taken ownership of many internal events from the holiday tree lighting to offsite adventures like Ride + Dine to the Easter egg hunt, always presenting herself professionally while demonstrating an innate ability to add organizational structure and a personal touch. In 2023, she was nominated for an award with the Colorado Hotels and Lodging Association for being a standout member of the team who strives for excellence and adds value.
As a child, Reilly would visit the Roaring Fork Valley frequently on family ski trips and she instantly felt a connection to Aspen. Now that she’s a resident, she feels honored to work for a company that combines world-class skiing and luxury hospitality, and also encourages its staff to live fully in regard to work-life balance. As a personal goal, Reilly has sought out the coveted 100-day pin for snowboarding 100 days in a season and has proudly earned a pin both years she’s been here by taking laps on her lunch break. In her free time, Reilly also enjoys experiencing new restaurants, biking around town, planning camping trips with her friends, and embracing every opportunity that comes her way to create meaningful memories.
