In celebration of The Little Nell’s 35th anniversary, two food & beverage offerings are available for ski season 2024-2025.
La Finale Cocktail
La Finale is the 35th-anniversary cocktail, an elixir that is Jade green in honor of the gemstone traditionally given to commemorate a 35th anniversary. It is made with Mezcal, Green Chartreuse, Fresh Lime, and Maraschino Luxero. Available throughout the hotel for $26.
The Scotch Egg
As a nod to the first chef at The Little Nell, Richard Chamberlain, a popular dish from the original menu, The Scotch Egg, will be recreated at Element 47 during ski season for lunch. Culinary Director Matt Zubrod, Executive Chef Keith Theodore, and Chef Tournant Colin Loomis curated this specialty dish, comprised of duck, pheasant, and foie gras, paired with Tomatillo Hollandaise, and Black Bean Relish. Available for $31.
